Taster Sessions
Gymnastics and Trampolining Taster Sessions for New members (Reception 2022 upwards)
We are running the following sessions throughout the summer holidays.

Open to new members only (new members can have 2 taster sessions before becoming a British Gymnastics member £19)

New Inclusive Sessions

Price: £5.50
This summer we are launching a new inclusive class providing gymnastics experiences for all.
The class is an all inclusive structured class where parents and carers attend with their child. It will include coach led group work using hand apparatus and sensory equipment for warm up.
Work stations for gymnastics and trampolining skills will be set up and supervised by our qualified coaches, allowing participants to work at their own pace with their parent or carer helped by the coaches.
Around the gym there will be sensory stations and quiet spaces set up to visit and explore during the session.
Each week the sessions and skills will be tailored to the needs of registered participants to make sure the session will be fully accessible to all.
We have recently completed level 1 Makaton at the club with all coaches and will be beginning to integrate it into our sessions.

Focused on all things tumble! From forwards tumbles to backwards tumble, learning new skills and perfecting current skills
29th August - Bars
Focused on all things bars! Learning new skills and perfecting current skills
30th August - Vault
Focused on all things vault! Learning new skills and perfecting current skills
