Liz, Natasha and Beth had a fantastic day at @sandbachgymnastics on the Nick Ruddock Gymnastics vault master class with @joshchamp1on.
They have come away with clarity and excited to implement into their sessions next week. They also had a lovely chat with @littlestarleotards about an exciting designs for the future
